All rentals require a minimum deposit of $50

Please look over our rental options to see which space is perfect for your event and send an email to events@rivoli.net, with a brief description of your event and tentative dates and times. Our rental prices vary depending on the size and type of event.


Main Theater Rental:

  • Large, private, and historic theater
  • Seats up to 300 guests
  • Tables at all seats
  • Newer/updated seats
  • Rental Fee: $100.00 – $500.00
  • Minimum Concession Fee: $250.00 – $800.00


Screening Room Rental:

  • Private theater
  • Seats up to 50 guests
  • Tables at all seats
  • Comfortable, vintage seating
  • Air conditioned/heat controlled
  • Rental fee: $125.00
  • Minimum Concession Fee: $200.00
